Compared to other types of wool, merino wool is always fine and soft, generally less than 24 micron (μm) in diameter. Yet, it is graded by its fineness to produce yarn. The finer the wool used to produce the yarn is, the softer it will be on the skin. Extra fine merino wool can be worn directly on the skin even on the most sensible parts. It is very pleasant.

Interlock knit is a double-knit pattern that makes it thicker and more durable than other knit fabrics. It is a reversible, smooth and firm texture, resistant to wear and tear and comfortable against the skin.
