Vendor identification

Biodom is a brand registered by Ecovolve d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), registered at 53 Petkov Kladenac 4a-5, 11126 Beograd, Matični broj 21083151, PIB 108863740, publisher of the site biodom.rs (hereinafter the “Site”).

Application of the T&C

Each product order that appears on the Web Store requires a prior consultation of these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”). The Company reserves the right to adapt or modify these Terms and Conditions. The version of the Terms that applies to any transaction is the one that appears online on the website at the time of ordering.

Purchases made through the Site are fully governed by the provisions of the applicable Electronic Commerce Act, Consumer Protection Act, Data Protection Act and other laws governing the subject matter of these Terms. The Company may change the content of this site or the products and prices listed on the site at any time without notice.

Validity of offers

The Site offers are aimed at consumers with a physical address in Serbia or in a neighboring country that can be selected on the checkout page. Not all offers are available outside of Serbia. Offers that are not available outside or Serbia will clearly states it on the product page. Items visible on the Site are available while supplies last. In case of debit or receipt for the order of an unavailable item, The Company will notify and refund the Customer within 8 days.

Product presentation

Products offered for sale are those described on the Site. The Company takes care of the presentation and description of its products to provide the best information to the Customer. The products in the photos may slightly differ in color from the actual appearance of the product.


All prices on the Site are expressed in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia, dinars (RSD) and are stated including Serbian VAT.

For countries in the region

From the moment the user of The Site enters an address from a foreign country, all prices on The Site will be shown without Serbian VAT. The product being exported outside the Republic of Serbia, the Serbian VAT is not applicable. Upon reception of its order on The Site, the buyer will pay the VAT of her/his country of residence.

There should be no other taxes applying besides the local VAT. Serbia has a preferential customs agreement with all the countries The Site exports to. The Company provides customs authorities a commercial invoice with documentation clearly stating that the products fall into the preferential origin and are thus exempt from customs duties. As The Company cannot have control over the interpretation of supporting documents by customs officers in the destination country, The Company cannot be held liable for any charges that may be applied in the destination country.


Payment for the Product can be done in 3 ways: credit card, bank transfer or direct payment to a courier upon arrival of the parcel.

Payment by card

Payment by card are made through the Banca Intesa’s NestPay secure solution. If the card supports it, payments may be checked through additional security such as “Mastercard Secure Code” for Mastercard and “Visa Secure” for Visa.

If the card payment is made from abroad, the amount for which the payment card will be debited will be expressed in the local currency of the country from which the payment is made. A conversion rate used by the card organizations will apply. That rate is not known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a difference from the original price listed on The Site. Also, additional charges for abroad payment may apply.

Bank transfer

Payment by bank transfer is fast and secure. After confirming the order, the customer is offered to complete the transfer. All data on The Company account are displayed. For faster processing, the order number must be including in the text of the payment. The order will be shipped upon receipt of the transfer on The Company account (1 to 2 days). Standard payment at any post office or bank are also possible in Serbia.

In case of a bank transfer from abroad, the bank will charge for the indicated order amount through a conversion in the local currency of the country of residence of the Buyer. The totality of the transfer costs associated with the transfer must be paid by the Buyer.

Payment upon reception (Serbia only)

When making a payment upon reception of the parcel, The customer pays for the order to the delivery man. Delivery is by courier service and payment is in cash.

Delivery, prices and shipping methods

Delivery methods

The company uses courier services for the delivery of all regular size orders at the address indicated on the purchase order form. It is possible that small towns are not fully covered by the courier service. In that case, the parcel will have to be picked up the nearest post office.

Oversized orders such as beds or mattresses are only delivered in Serbia. In Belgrade area, delivery is done with our service free of charge. For other cities, delivery might be done either with our service or with a specialized transport service. The cost of that delivery will be agreed upon before confirming the order.

Delivery duration

Delivery is made within a maximum of 8 business days of receipt of the order. Ordered products are generally shipped within 24/48h, and delivery via courier service usually takes 24 to 48h. In case of a delay in the delivery, The Company will notify the Buyer by email as soon as possible and will indicate the expected date.

For products such as beds, mattresses and slat systems, delivery times will be agreed upon before confirming the order.

Shipping costs

In Serbia, shipping is free of charge for any order above or equal to 5000 RSD. For order below that amount, shipping is 360 RSD including VAT. For oversized items, shipping costs will be agreed upon before confirming the order.

Tracking of the order

Once the parcel is shipped, the Buyer receives a tracking number with a link allowing to follow the parcel via the delivery service that has been used if such a possibility is offered by the delivery service.

Cancellation of purchases

The Buyer under the Consumer Protection Act has a period of 14 days from taking over the goods to change their mind and give up their purchase. The Buyer may return the received unused goods, in their original packaging and with the invoice, to the Company and is under no obligation to state the reason for the return. Of course, if the Buyer so wishes, he can state the reason for returning the goods. The Buyer who does not wish to retain the received goods within the stated time, can return them without negative consequences, that is, only the cost of returning / transporting the received goods back to the Company will have to be paid.

In this case, the Company will refund the payment received from the Buyer no later than 14 days after the day of receipt of the returned package.


The company is obliged to present a clear and detailed description of refunds at the e-commerce point of sale and, in case of cancellation of the order, refund the charged funds to the User exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex and Dina payment methods, i.e. exclusively to the account payment cards by reversing the original transaction. The point of sale can use the following statement: “In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, [enter IME_PRODAJNOG_MESTA] is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA , EC/MC, Maestro, Amex and Dina payment method, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the cardholder’s account at the seller’s request”.

Legal and contractual liability

Protection of Confidential Transaction Information

When entering payment card information, confidential information is transmitted over a public network in a secure (encrypted) form using SSL protocols and PKI systems, that are currently the state-of-the-art cryptographic technology. Payment information is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the complete payment process is performed on the bank’s website. At no time the payment card information available to the Site.

Privacy protection

The Company is committed to protect the privacy of all its Customers. The Company only collects the necessary, basic information about the Customers that is necessary for processing their orders, in accordance with good business practices and in order to provide quality service. Customers have the ability to ask the Company to delete their data after their orders has been completed. All customers information is strictly kept and is only available to employees who need it to do the job. All employees of the Company are responsible for compliance with the principles of privacy protection.
