Shipment

Orders are shipped within 24 business hours after the payment is received. We try to ship orders we receive in the morning the same day. The maximum shipping time is 2 business days. If the order cannot be sent in that time time for some reasons, we will contact you to explain the problem and give you a precise deadline.

Delivery

In Serbia

Delivery in Serbia is done via Post Express. The delivery is usually done the next business day before 7pm. If you need to receive your order before noon, you can specify it in a note on the checkout page (in the “Order Notes” field) and we will ship your order with that option. We provide that additional service free of charge.

Post express is a very reliable courier service. Be aware nevertheless, that not all remote places are covered with the service. In the case your live in a zone not covered by the service, the parcel will be delivered at your nearest post office. Delivery in Serbia is free of charge for all orders over 5000 RSD. For orders under 5000 RSD, flat rate delivery of 360 RSD with tax applies.

After the shipment of your parcel is done, you will receive an email to track its status via the Track & trace mail service.

For products that are oversized and heavy, such as beds, mattresses, ergonomic slat systems, etc… delivery is done either with our own service or by a specialized transport service. That service is free of charge in the city of Belgrade. For other cities, the price will depends on the location to which the goods are delivered and will be agreed upon before shipment.

In neighboring countries

We can deliver to Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Northern Macedonia via PostExport. Once you have entered your address for one of these countries, all prices will be shown without VAT. You will pay your order without the Serbian VAT and you will pay the local VAT of the country you reside upon reception of the parcel. Delivery in these countries is 3000 RSD flat rate for any order.

Duration of shipment can vary a lot depending of the destination country and of the time customs will take to do the paper work on the parcel. Usual duration is from 3 to 8 working days.

Oversized items such as beds, mattresses and ergonomic slat systems CANNOT be shipped outside of Serbia.

There should be no other taxes applying beside the local VAT upon reception. Serbia has a preferential custom agreement with all countries we ship to. We provide a commercial invoice clearly stating that the products we ship fall into the preferential custom agreement. Despite all that, we have had negative experience with Croatia where the custom officers applied the non preferential custom tariff on the value of the order. In the case of Croatia, the applied tax is 10%. We do our best efforts to provide all the right documentation but we do not control the interpretation of the custom officers in the destination country. Return – refund and replacement

In Serbia

According to the Consumer Protection Law, the buyer has a period of 14 days from taking over the goods to change their mind and give up the purchase. The buyer must return her/his purchase unused and in the original packaging. Forms are available below for refund and replacement. Print and fill the one that applies and place it together with the return. You do not have to state the reason for the return in case of a refund. Shipping the goods back to us is at the expense of the buyer.

The actual refund will be processed depending of the mean of payment :
– payment by card : the refund will be done on the same card used by the buyer
– payment by Post Express : the refund will be done via bank transfer
– payment by bank transfer : the refund will be done via bank transfer as well.

In the case of a replacement, the company will send a replacement item within 7 days from the day of receipt of the returned parcel.

In neighboring countries

Taking into account the cost of shipment, the complication of the procedure to export to the destination country and the fact that a return would involve the same procedure in reverse, we unfortunately cannot handle returns from abroad.
