Small size for joints and organs

This small Revolana heat pack in organic flaxseed has been designed to warm up organs and joints. Heating the liver or spleen can be particularly beneficial in case of pain. It can also be used on the bronchi or in case of menstrual pain.

Its small size and low weight allow it many uses.

Heat duration

The heat pack gives heat for 20 to 40 minutes. The heat decreases as it exchanges with the body. In any case, it will always have enough heat to have the desired effect (relief of pain, warming, etc …). The heat duration may vary depending on the use. In the bed for example, protected by blankets, it will keep heat longer than if it is in the open air.

Life span

Flax seeds are oleaginous. The whole seed with the oil it contains accumulates heat or cold. The seeds do not move and do not change over time. The heat pack can therefore last for many years.

Composition

The comfort cover of the heat pack is 100% pure linen from Belarussia. The flax seed pack is in a 100% organic cotton fabric certified GOTS. Flax seeds are certified organic and of European origin.

Heated

Rheumatism, lumbago, osteoarthritis, neck pain, joint pain, abdominal pain, colds, bronchitis, hands or cold feet, relaxation, help with falling asleep.

Cooled

Inflammatory problems, tendinitis, sprains, bruises, migraines.

Directions of use

The heat pack can be heated or cooled together with its comfort cover. That cover only needs to be removed for washing when necessary.

To heat

Traditionnal oven : Put the heat pack in a clean open dish or directly on the rack of the oven at 80°C-90°C for 10 minutes or more if necessary.

Microwave : Heat 1mn30 at 750W. The heat pack must be on the tray without touching the inner walls of the microwave. Test the temperature and repeat in steps of 30s to get what you want. In case of residual moisture in the heat pack the very first times that you use it, it is enough to dry it by passing it in the oven as indicated above.

If the heat pack is folded, fold it the other way during heating for a better distribution of heat.

To cool

Place the heat pack in a waterproof bag. 1h in the freezer or 4h in the refrigerator depending on the desired temperature and effect.

Care

The pure linen comfort cover is removable. It is machine washable at 40°C. The pack containing flax seeds should not be wet.
